Library & Archives In Focus: Between the Covers

People leave the strangest things inside books: we have found everything from pressed ferns, drawings and poems to newspaper cuttings, letters and photographs – and even a pair of scissors and a 17th century French playing card!

Come and explore with us some of the fascinating items we’ve found between the covers of books.
