No yoga mat or pillow required for this new Exclusive 'Journey to the Heart' soundbath in the heart of Exeter City Centre, only a few minutes walk from Exeter Central train station.
Comfortable couches, pillow, eye pillows and bolsters are provided for your comfort.
This is particularly suitable for anyone who experiences discomfort lying on the floor, or simply for anyone who appreciates comfort for a greater experience of letting go and sinking.
'Journey to the Heart Exclusive' events, are set to a maximum of only 6 people, allowing for longer one to one with each attendee.
I offer an immersive and sensory experience of sound, vibration, breath and touch for relaxation and nurture, led by the drum for a beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow.
