No hard floors to lie on. Comfortable couches, leg bolster, pillow and eye pillow are provided for your comfort.
This is particularly suitable for anyone who experiences discomfort lying on the floor, or simply for anyone who appreciates comfort for a greater experience of letting go and sinking in.
This is an immersive sensory experience of sound, vibration, breath and nurturing touch, led by the drum for a beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow into deep relaxation.
