Many neuro-diverse young people experience anxiety and depression — and it can be hard for parents, carers, and professionals to know the best way to support them.
This interactive workshop will give you the practical tools, strategies, and confidence to make a difference in the lives of the young people you support.

About the Facilitators
Lavinia Dowling brings expertise from her work with neuro-diverse individuals. She specialises in supporting young people with mental health challenges and guiding schools and families in inclusive approaches.
Rachel Goodman has extensive experience in teaching both SEND and Youth offenders, and has developed innovative ways to use gaming as a positive tool for learning and wellbeing.
