Interested to learn self-defence for women and girls?
Join this free females-only self-defence taster session on Friday 9th May at the Exwick Heights Primary School. The session will be led by two experienced martial arts practitioners, incorporating elements of Judo, Taekwondo and Jiu Jitsu.
All ages (12+) & mothers and daughters welcome! Under 16s to participate with a family member.
Venue: Exwick Heights Primary School Sport Hall (Exwick Lane, Exeter, Devon, EX4 2FB).
Start: 5:30pm
Finish: 6:30pm
You are welcome to join either one of the two taster sessions or both. Please sign up for each session individually if you plan to come to both.
In case of the need to cancel this event, we will communicate this via email at least 24 hours in advance. This taster session is organised by Wellbeing Exeter & the Exeter City Community Trust and funded by Live & Move.
