My ‘Journey to the Heart’ event is more than a Soundbath. They are an immersion of the senses.
I have run them for over 3 years in Teignmouth including 18 months for a men’s mental health charity.
There are many soundbaths out there now, offering a variety of choices to cater for all preferences.
‘Journey to the Heart’ events are small groups to ensure a personal and supportive experience.
I run them on my own with no assistant and take you on a deep immersive and sensory journey of sound, touch and breath, led by my drums.
My space in Gandy Street is carpeted with all participants enjoying the luxury of a comfortable couch to lie on, pillow, eye pillow and leg bolster.
I am running some private 1:1 taster sessions this September for anyone who would like to try something new, but unsure about attending a group setting.
