If you want to have fun and at the same time improve your mental health then this activity is for you.
Dragon Slayers is running old school Dungeons and Dragons. It's run by Tony, an experienced games master.
Role-playing games aid thinking and communication skills, as well as confidence. It's also a great way to meet new people.
