A BURIAL AT SEA
Irish-born and Liverpool-based, A Burial At Sea is a boundary-pushing post-rock collective known for their inventive fusion of haunting melodies and eclectic instrumentation. Since their 2018 debut EP, "...And The Sum Of Its Parts", the band has defied genre conventions, blending introspective soundscapes with bombastic creativity. Their captivating live performances and tours alongside acts like Tera Melos and Listener have earned them a loyal following across Europe.
Their second full-length album, "Closer To Home" (out last February 2024, via Pelagic Records), reflects a deep exploration of their Gaelic roots, weaving bittersweet childhood folk melodies into a richly layered instrumental tapestry. A Burial At Sea continues to redefine post-rock, delivering a sound that is as emotionally resonant as it is sonically adventurous.
“You might think that instrumental post rock is already quite tight, with no room for new fish, but A Burial At Sea were able to attract attention straight away” Metal Hammer (DE) 4/5 ★
They've toured with the likes of ASIWYFA, Caspian, Gleemer ,The Ocean ,Touche Amore, Trauma Ray, This Will Destroy You and God Speed! You Black Emperor.

DAGOBAH
Dagobah were formed in the legendary North Devon music scene of the twentieth century’s dying throes, but have, miraculously, barring one or two line-up changes (some of which were just members swapping instruments) been together ever since. Okay, so there may have been the odd ten-to-fifteen-year gap between gigs, and they may not all live in the same city anymore, but nobody ever suggested the band didn’t exist at any point (ignore all the reunion gigs). Some of the two-minute brutalist punk anthems of their early days remain, but over the last decade their music has veered closer to the bastard child of Mogwai and Can, with ethereal soundscapes (that still sometimes fall over the edge back to that brutalist punk sound of the nineties) being painted beneath spoken-word samples. You may have seen members of Dagobah moonlighting in FreakbyWire, Bluebirds Spitting Blood, The Vootubes, Carnivala! or (if you’re old enough) Spudgun and The Mildrids.
