12 week boot camp

Our popular boot camp starts again in January 2026, ready to help you get fit and healthy.
You will be able to choose 2 sessions a week from our gym timetable (downstairs) for 12 weeks to help kick start your health and fitness journey.
This is open to all fitness abilities as classes can be tailored to your needs.
Starts from Monday 12th January 2026 until Thursday 2nd April 2026.
You can get 12 weeks (that’s 3 months) of fitness classes for just £100
Spaces are limited.
Payment secures your space.
