Adults beginners hoop
This is suitable for anyone that is interested in trying aerial hoop.
Hoop will help to build strength, confidence and flexibility.
Classes numbers will be limited and payment will secure your space.
you will need to wear comfy gym clothes with legs covered.
Payment is £10 for the session.
Please get in touch for payment details.
Minimum numbers must be met for the course to run.
No refunds can be given 72 hours before the first session starts.
We are also running beginner Silks and Pole sessions too, if you wanted to book all 3, we can discount it to £25 but must be paid in full.
