Yoga is not about “getting somewhere”. It is not about doing the perfect headstand. Yoga is about deepening your awareness and connection to your body.

This yoga class will have static poses, dynamic flows, and guided meditations ... which might take you to the beach or for a walk through the woods in search of a waterfall.

All levels of practice are welcome.
