** What to Bring for Your Tree Communication Experience**
🔹 A yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket
For sitting or lying on the ground comfortably during meditation and connection.
🔹 A lightweight chair or cushion (optional)
For those who may prefer back support or don’t wish to sit directly on the ground.
🔹 Comfortable walking shoes
You’ll be gently walking the grounds to find the tree that calls to you.
🔹 Notebook or journal & pen
To write your impressions, reflections, or creative expressions.
