*************************************************I founded Wise Heart Energy in my 10th year of sobriety after experiencing a spiritual awakening at a women’s retreat. Being a mom of 3 and an elementary school teacher since 2016 inspired my business’s focus and I have since completed training as a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher and shamanic energy medicine practitioner. I facilitate community events to teach others how to heal themselves through energy work and meaningful rituals. Many of my adult 1:1 clients are parents, people in recovery, and fellow adoptees. I also serve kid clients! My emphasis is on integration of the inner child through processing and healing from trauma and its resulting limiting beliefs. I also offer psychedelic integration sessions, sound healing, and am a certified life coach. It would be an honor to join you on your healing journey!
