Music in the Green is a fresh spin on the longtime Summer Concerts at Lakeside Park—now relocated to the heart of uptown Mayville at Village Green Park. Held on select Wednesdays from 5–8 PM, this summer series blends live music with a celebration of local businesses, creating a vibrant evening of community connection and downtown energy.

August 13 – Charity Nuse (And Her Band)
This isn’t your typical craft or vendor fair, it’s a business expo-style event where local storefronts, service providers, and organizations can creatively showcase what they offer. The new uptown location and format are designed to boost visibility and draw foot traffic into the heart of Mayville’s business district.
Local businesses are encouraged to stay open late, host sidewalk sales, and create interactive in-store experiences to engage visitors. Whether you're located uptown or elsewhere, this is a great opportunity to connect with the community as part of an exciting summer series.
Participation is free, thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Village of Mayville and the Town of Chautauqua. We simply ask that businesses register to be included in event promotions. If you're not based uptown, space will be provided for you to set up in the event area.
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required, and participants must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, weights, and other setup materials.
