Tournament-style bracket battles
1v1 Battles:
🔹 1 minute max reps per movement
🔹 2 minutes rest between exercises
Final Battles:
🔹 Finalists face off in a Showdown Set — complete the posted set first to win! (Final sets will be revealed on Instagram)
