Inner Bloom: An 8-Week Journey to Authentic Wellness

I am looking for 5 women to beta test run an 8 week health coaching and forest bathing transformational journey.

I will provide 1:1 personalized health coaching sessions once a week on zoom, with written summaries provided to help implement self determined health goals in between sessions. Then on the weekend we will meet for a guided forest bathing session at a mutually agreed upon location for 2-3 hours one a week at a local preserve.

The intention is to harness the structure and momentum of the group to actually create new habits, that can be sustained long after the close of the container. My coaching style is client centered, non judgmental, and detail oriented.

Your sessions will be supported by my unique background spanning from traditional medicine to somatic experiencing. I am also a reflector in the human design system, which essentially means I have an innate ability to amplify, expose and mirror back your hidden depths, unconscious blocks, and buried truth.Making the unconscious conscious is my specialty 😉

I’m requesting $555 for this 8-week series of customized support. This breaks down to just $70 per week or $14 per hour, for dedicated, hands-on guidance. This rate doesn’t even account for the additional time I’ll invest in writing detailed summaries, curating weekly forest bathing experiences, and conducting research between sessions, ensuring you get the most personalized support possible.
