Week 2: Sticky and Strides
Week 3: Transition & Intro to Backwards Skating
Week 4: Crossovers
Week 5: Pack & Checks
Week 6: Backwards Skating & Checks
Week 7: Hits and Whips
Week 8: Minimum Skills Test

Join us for an 8 Week training camp.
Loaner Gear available.

What to bring:
Athletic Clothing
Water bottle
Gym Shoes

First 2 nights of voot camp will be gear fitting and inisial assessment. you will receive a packet to track the skills. at the end of the 8 weeks there will be a minimum skilla test to track your growth.

No Skating skills required.
We will teach you what you need to know.
