ABOUT THE CLASS
Join Tim Franklin for a 1-hour session in Inner Calm – Restorative Yoga for Body and Mind; A gentle practice for deep relaxation and stress relief.
In the Main Hall, Lairg Community Centre on Sat, 16th August from 2-3pm .
Take time to unwind, breathe deeply, and restore your sense of balance in this one-hour introduction to restorative and Zen-inspired yoga.
This class blends calming postures, slow mindful movement, and supported stillness to help release tension, soothe the nervous system, and promote inner ease. Known for its health benefits, restorative yoga can support better sleep, reduce stress, and improve emotional and physical well-being.
No flexibility or prior yoga experience is needed – this practice meets you where you are. Ideal for anyone looking to feel more relaxed, grounded, and connected.
What to expect:

-A supportive space to rest and restore
Bring: a yoga mat, blanket or cushion, and anything that helps you feel comfortable.

ABOUT THE TUTOR
Tim Franklin is an international Shaolin arts teacher, therapist, and author.
Working as an online and in-person teacher, coach, therapist, and an associate lecturer at Chichester University for Mind-Body Connection and Resilience, Tim shares his passion for universal approaches to health, wellbeing, and success.
As a practitioner of the methods he teaches, Tim continues to learn and practice with a variety of teachers, masters, and coaches to help redefine the best and most simple methods available to provide every day, noticeable results. He finds thought-provoking ways to pass them on in a tangible, grounded and absorbing style.
