Beltane Womens Herbs

If this is the case then you might want to join me on this Beltane workshop where we will be looking at how to transform our monthly hormone changes into Tides of Power.

We will look at herbal management of hormones and all aspects of women's health. There will be space to discuss specific issues you are having and time for personalised herbal advice from my 15 years experience as a medical herbalist.

If you are considering how herbs could help with monthly menstrual cycles, fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, endometriosis or menstrual disorders or menopause then this workshop will help you to find natural ways to help.

This is a workshop designed for women of all ages at any stage in life. All are welcome!

Each participant will receive a herbal gift pack and also handouts with specific tools and herbal remedies to track and manage your cycles.

We will also be making a herbal remedy to take home during the afternoon session.
