BIG NEWS!
I am so very excited to be able to announce a new project I've been working on over the last few weeks and am so happy I am able to announce this today!
As many of you know I booked a lot of bands over the years at Ri Ra and Live Music was always something I prided myself on having at the Pub. Music brings a community together, music is good for the soul, music is entertainment and fun and I always enjoyed working with Bands and Musicians to bring a little something extra to evenings and late nights in Evansville.
When I started Bodine’s Newsstand I knew I wanted it to be more than just a food truck. I wanted it to be something special and unique for Evansville and I had some ideas I knew I wanted to try and this was one of them!
For the rest of the Summer and Food Truck season I am partnering with Vann Park Neighbors association and presenting a "Summer Music Series" in Vann Park featuring the talented music of The Traditional Irish Session Players, Nick Gregory, Shawn Brashear, and Lindsey Williams. The Series will be on May 25th, June 29th, July 27th, August 31st, and September 28th from 4-8pm with Traditional Irish Music from 4-5pm and Acoustic Acts from 5-8pm!
I am so happy and excited to be able to offer this to you all and bring folks together with Great Live Music and Good Food!
