The diplomatic answer to The Six White Grapes You Should Know, in this class we’ll taste and tackle Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Sangiovese. We’ll also peg where on the map these noble grapes grow best.
