Dog days of summer are here! Is your WR1 prospect ready to take on the impending football season?!... Keeping in mind the high temperatures, and starting of conditioning for many schools this week; please note the change in start times.

Lets get better!

Monday 7/21 6pm - 7pm Greenbrier Lacrosse field-

Thursday 7/24 6pm - 7pm Lakeside Park

Please note, most of the next few weeks will be short, quick twitch drills so that the kids legs are preserved and there is no overheating.
