Sign on - 6.00am to 6.50am
Start - 7.00am
Finish - 1pm
Up to 2 anglers per team *any child under 12 can be additional to the listed 2 person team.
Cost - $100 per team, 100% payout and sponsor prizes.
5 bream per team, minimum 26cm in length to the tip of the tail.
Teams consisting of only juniors must provide a contact number to the tournament director at sign on in case of emergencies.
It is the responsibility of the team to advise the tournament director at weigh in of any big bream or junior big bream (15 years & under) to be weighed individually. If a junior's biggest bream for the day doesn't make it into the team's final bag, it can be brought in as a sixth bream and weighed separately to ensure every junior has a chance to weigh in for a prize.
No use of mobile phones, except for navigational purposes, camera use or emergency situations.
Lure and fly casting only.
No bait.
No berley.
No trolling.
Life jackets and lanyards to be worn while on the plane.
General waterway rules apply.
You must abide by NSW DPI fishing rules.
All fish must be weighed from a club weigh bag and released alive to register a weight.
You must be back in the start/finish area before the finish time to register a weight. Late fish will not be weighed.
Any team not returning to weigh in for any reason must notify the tournament director or another committee member as soon as possible.
Out of bounds:
No fishing beyond the eastern sea walls at Yamba/Iluka;
Up river as far as your boat can take you.
No go zones include:
Lawrence ferry and 50 metres either side of ferry.
Yamba & Iluka trawler harbours;
50 metres clearance from Goodwood Island Wharf;
30 metres clearance from any vessel berthed at Goodwood Island Wharf;
30 metres clearance from any trading vessel berthed at Harwood Slipway Wharf, Harwood Slipway Fender Piles, Palmers Island Wharf, Sugar Mill Wharf or Harwood Landing; and 30 metres clearance from any trading vessel at anchor.
As with all rounds held, pending Clarence Valley Council approval.
