Join us to restore the Clarence River’s Saltmarsh and Mangroves on Yaegl Country.
Saltmarsh and mangrove ecosystems are vital for healthy waterways – they provide shelter for juvenile fish, serve as feeding grounds for popular recreational species, and support prawn production.
Unfortunately, these habitats are under threat from human impacts and need our help to thrive again!
Join our community working bee as we identify native plants, remove invasive weeds and rubbish, and create space for mangroves and saltmarsh to regenerate naturally.
Enjoy getting hands-on for a fish habitat and learning a thing or two from experienced habitat restoration professionals.
