Celebrating 10 years of Nia with Carol

Come and help us celebrate 10 years of Vibrant Vitality with Carol! What an amazing community we have, all connected by the joy of movement, music, magic and love!

We've organised a dance jam like no other! All of our gorgeous Nia teacher friends will be sharing their all time favourite Nia tracks! So let's boogy until we just can't boogy no more!!!!!

Dress in something bright and festive ready to party! Bring some water and a yoga mat and all of your friends! Let's make this a party to remember!

Entry is $20 cash at the door. All proceeds will go to a local charity to be announced.
