Summer Solstice Experience

Yoga West is excited to share this transformative kundalini yoga experience! We will gather in community to step into our radiance in the blissful energy of the Summer Solstice. 4 teachers will lead us in pranayam, kriya, sound healing, meditation, and a social with refreshments afterwards. Come blossom to your full potential!
