3rd Annual Outdoor Summer Series at Oakmont Park
Soak up the sun and move with us two Sundays a month from 10am -11am at Oakmont Park (2295 Oakmont Way, Eugene, OR 97401). Our Outdoor Summer Series is back for its third year, featuring free classes like yoga, dance, and Pilates on the grassy lawn. Come enjoy the fresh air, community vibes, and energizing workouts all summer long.
Chelsea teaches The Ellové Technique®; a non-impact conditioning class that is designed to strengthen and rejuvenate the body through the pure techniques of ballet, yoga, fitness, and Pilates. Choreographed to an intentional playlist of music, the class seamlessly incorporates alignment principles, balance, and full-body awareness while focusing on the breath. Students leave Ellové® feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to their bodies. This class is recommended for cross-training and injury prevention for athletes and dancers.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, sunscreen, and a friend!
