Are you playing enough? Are your insides kind? Is it okay to fumble through newness? This class is about more than learning awesome hoop tricks. It is about being intentional in our relationship with ourselves and cultivating supportive patterns to ripple through our lives.
THE FLOW IN LOVE APPROACH:
This class focuses on establishing your relationship with the hoop as your dance partner. Developing a deep understanding of how the hoop behaves while gaining confidence in core skills, supports the ability to be innovative and connect with your own unique flow. You will be invited to cultivate an internal narrative that is kind, patient, and accepting...aka the safe learning environment you deserve.
Come to as many classes as you'd like! No commitment needed.

Returning students will skip entry questions for a quick and breezy sign-up.
Here are some of the skills we will focus on:
Waist hooping, chest hooping, knee hooping, elbow hooping, transitions on and off body, Figure 8s and other patterns, pick-ups, tosses, isolations, breaks, sustained spinning and more!
EACH SESSION INCLUDES:
~Free Hoop rentals
~6pm: An optional 30 minute window to settle in, select a hoop (guidance available), warm up to beautiful music, and get to know your classmates.
~6:30pm: 60 minute class
~7:30pm: Community connection time (Flow, play, snack, socialize). During this time your teacher, Brittany Rae is available for questions, hoop advice and to remind you that you are excellent. :)
