Sessions also include guided opportunities for deep self-reflection, alongside authentic connection and sharing with other mamas on the journey. You’ll also experience nourishing embodiment practices such as guided meditations, visualisations, and restorative yoga poses to leave you feeling calm, supported, and replenished.
Hosted by Bree Sutherland from Soul FULL Coaching and Yoga - a Matrescence Facilitator, Motherhood Coach, Yoga Teacher, and mama herself. Bree is deeply committed to supporting women through the profound transformation into and through motherhood, known as matrescence. She lovingly holds space for mamas, fostering an intimate, safe, and deeply nurturing environment.
