Mamma-to-be Gatherings

Held each Month 10am-11:30am at The Village Collective

Join Kathryn from Mamma Nurture as she hosts these beautiful calming pregnancy gatherings. There will be connection, sharing and lots of chats about birth and postpartum. Each month we focus on a different topic and these are the topics for the coming months:

October 12 - breathwork for birth

November 9 - movement and mindfulness for birth

December 7 - taking the overwhelm out of the fourth trimester

Each session includings a groudning mindfulness activity, sharing in circle while enjoy tea and home cooked treats and of course meeting new pregnant mamma friends and growing your village of support.

We cannot wait to welcome you to The Village - your new home from home.
