Dark moon Womens circle

Join like-minded women for a much-needed Dark Moon circle just after the Winter Solstice. A chance to share what's on your heart and mind and prepare to release what's not serving before the new moon. You will have an opportunity to share in circle, listen deeply to others, journal, drum journey and take time out to nurture yourself. There will be tea and treats. Please bring a pillow to sit on, your journal, and something warm to wear.

Circles are for beginners to regulars. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions before booking in.

About Astrid
Astrid has been facilitating and running circles since 2008. Her previous work includes 15 years of supporting and mentoring women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum, and running educational workshops on menstruation and birth. She holds wisdom as a shamanic counsellor, working one-on-one and in a group setting. Astrid is also a writer, actor and songwriter, currently studying a Graduate Diploma of Counselling.
