Cowlitz Tribe Yoga in the Garden at St. Mary’s

Breathe in fresh air and soak in the beauty of the community garden while practicing gentle stretching and restoring at the end of class with guided relaxation and mindfulness outside next to the community garden.

Please bring a yoga mat. All levels are welcome! Class is open to tribal members, employees and tribal community. Please call Trinity for more information.
