Myrtle October is a nonprofit leader, certified Human Services Board Practitioner, and founder of Threat to Thriving Inc., an organization dedicated to reducing recidivism and empowering underserved communities. With a Master’s in Public Administration, she applies her Three E’s Framework—Experience, Experimentation, and Expertise— to help individuals and organizations create lasting impact. Myrtle is a published author, performer, and public speaker featured in Miami Wire, using her platform to foster connections, mentorship, and community-building to inspire both personal and professional growth.

In this presentation, Myrtle October will explore the power of community in shaping professional success through the Three E’s Framework:
1. Experience: How personal and professional experiences shape leadership and connection.
