Deposit Due: $50.00 is due at registration to reserve your crop room seat. Final balance is due 30 days prior to the event. (April 2, 2025). An email/invoice will be sent out prior to final payment if there is a balance still due. If balance is not paid by due date, you forfeit your seat at the retreat with no refund.

Hotel Room (optional):
If you would like to stay at the hotel for the weekend you may book a room with the hotel. You are responsible for booking your own hotel room if you would like to stay at the hotel. This is NOT required in order to participate in the crop.
A hotel room block under "Scrappin Buddies" has been secured for a discounted rate of $165.00 per night. Cut-Off Date for reserving a room for these rates is 4/2/25 (30 days before). Room Option: King Suite (sleeps 4): One King Bed and One Queen Sleeper Sofa w/ separate living room. Room also includes mini refrigerator, Microwave, flat screen TV, wet bar, coffeemaker and Free WiFi.
When you book a hotel room you will also get to enjoy daily cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception (drink coupons and snack).
