Amber Snow is an experienced Adult-Gerontology Primary Care
Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from The
George Washington University. She has a background in primary
care, geriatrics, cardiac care, and pain management, with over a
decade of clinical experience across diverse healthcare settings.
Currently practicing at The University of Vermont Medical Center,
she has contributed to educating future nurse practitioners,
policy development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality
improvement initiatives.
