we begin with Ceremonial Cacao so help us drop into our hearts.

then move into a calming guided meditation session.
This invites you to โbe out of your mindโ and open up to the experience of receiving.

you will be guided through a gentle conscious breathwork practice designed to assist in the letting go process; to release pent-up emotions and stagnant energy, whilst promoting a deep sense of balance and clarity.

then allow the soothing sounds of singing bowls, shamanic percussion instruments and chimes to wash over you.
This immersive sound journey will facilitate a deeper nervous system regulation and emotional release, leaving you feeling blissfully at peace.
