Weekly Yin Yoga with Julia Andersson

Hi, my name is Julia Andersson. I will be teaching Yin Yoga in Espoo starting on August 20th. Classes are guided in English - Opetus englanniksi.

The Yin Yoga classes are slow-paced and meditative, focusing on long-held stretches that gently open the body and calm the mind and nervous system.

We meet 8 Wednesdays at 19.30 - 20.30 in Yoga Shala Espoo, Niittykumpu.

During the classes I use calming music to create a serene space, allowing you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body and mind.
