In the quiet stillness of midwinter, Circle Two: Shadow & Stillness welcomes you into the mystery of the inner landscape.

We explore the art of sitting with the unknown, through the grounding presence of Seated Forward Fold and Legs-Up-the-Wall, paired with:

✨ Deep yoga nidra-style meditation for surrender
✨ Journalling to explore hidden parts of self
✨ Shadow body mapping: expressive ink, watercolour & bleach art practice
✨ A space to be witnessed and held in stillness

This circle is about meeting yourself in silence — gently, honestly, and creatively.

Bring: Journal, yoga mat, water, old clothes or apron for art, an object to add to our collective altar

No previous art or yoga experience required - just bring your honest self.
