As the season begins to shift, Circle Three: Whispers of Light honours the gentle stirrings of new life.

Through the energising openness of Cobra and Camel Pose, we shed light on what has been gestating quietly within.

We’ll explore:

✨ Meditation on what’s ready to rise
✨ Somatic movement and breath to activate vitality
✨ Journalling prompts to recognise what’s emerging
✨ A “Soul Garden” collage art ritual — collaging the inner garden of winter: what is fallow, resting, gestating, and ready to bloom?

This is a space of gentle reawakening and soulful celebration.

Bring: Journal, yoga mat, water, optional natural element (e.g. flower, leaf, branch) to include in our collective altar

No previous art or yoga experience needed
