Our Rejuvenation Retreat offers a perfect blend of meditation, intention setting, restorative Yin yoga, energizing Hatha yoga, and live music. Snacks, drinks, and special seasonal nutrition tips will also be provided.

Rejuvenation Retreat Highlights:
· Begin with a calming guided meditation to center your mind and set meaningful intentions for the upcoming season.
· Release deep tension and promote relaxation with a soothing Yin Yoga practice led by Keila-Rae.
· Energize and align with an active all-level Hatha Yoga session led by Carey.
· Enjoy live music played during the retreat by David Jenson.
· Express gratitude and Bhakti with a few communal Kirtan songs, led by Keila-Rae and David
· Conclude with a reflective closing circle to share insights and express gratitude.
