June 7, 8-10:30pm - Blue Ghost Firefly Hike at Rock Creek Rec Area, Erwin, TN. FREE

Join NOLI instructors Rob Schoborg and Michelle Duffourc for a leisurely night hike along Rock Creek Trail to see blue ghosts (aka fireflies) and listen for owls. Total length is between 1-2 miles. This is one of our most popular free guided hikes. Meet at Rock Creek at 8pm dressed for hiking over rocky terrain. There is a $2 parking fee, so be sure to bring some cash. Bring good hiking shoes, drinking water, proper clothing including rain jacket if chance of rain (synthetic, non-cotton layers recommended), day pack (optional) and a headlamp. Minimum age is 8.
