Beginner Basics

Dance is good for the mind, body, and, soul! Regular practice helps ready the body for pregnancy, and child birth, helps keep you in good physical condition regardless of age, body type, or size.

Tribal Basics Belly Dance Class is a 6 week beginners course. Beginning Thursday, May 8th from 6:00pm. - 7pm.
and runs thru June 26, 2025.

It is designed to help you learn proper posture, the fundamental moves of Tribal Belly Dance. How we communicate with each other thru cues both verbal and visual. How to dance the basics to various music styles, and more. It's a great workout and fun too!

Pay per class is $15 / Class or you can pay monthly at the rate of $45 / month.
Intermediate classes and Troupe inclusion are an additional option will continue after 6 weeks if you had a blast and wish to continue to further your skills.
