Looking for a welcoming, no-pressure group to run with? Achilles Running Shop is hosting the Jog Squad, a group run for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started.

⏰ Time: 6:00 PM
📍 Where: Achilles Running Shop
What to Expect:
Pace:
-Steady Pace: 9:30–10:30/mile: led by Steph
-New Pace: 10:30–13:00/mile: led by Kim
Distance: Typically 3-6 miles, but you can adjust to suit your needs.
Atmosphere: Friendly, supportive, and inclusive for runners and joggers of all levels.
No registration is required—just show up ready to run, meet new friends, and have fun!
