Join us Saturday, August 2nd for a special Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Workshop with Angelena!
1:30–2:15pm: Prenatal Yoga
2:30–3:15pm: Postnatal Yoga (with baby!)
This two-part experience offers movement, breathwork, recovery, and time to connect with others in your perinatal journey. Whether you’re preparing for birth or finding your rhythm postpartum, this workshop is for you.
