Ongar Town Festival & VE DAY 80th Anniversary

The Ongar Town festival is back!!! Save the date Sunday 4th May.

⭐ The John Sear Pétanque Triples Challenge – Hosted by The Ongar Pétanque Club in the Library Car Park, featuring top-level pétanque players, food stalls, live entertainment, and a stirring military band performance.

⭐ VE Day 80th Anniversary Tribute – Immerse yourself in history with a military vehicle display and memorabilia stalls commemorating this historic occasion.

⭐ A Grand Parade (3:30 PM) – Marching from the Epping Ongar Railway along the High Street, featuring a military band, local schools, veterans, and classic military vehicles.

⭐ Love Lane Sports Field Attractions:
✅ Children’s Entertainment Area – Fun-filled activities for young festival-goers.
✅ Arts & Crafts Market – Unique gifts and handmade treasures.
✅ Food & Drink Stalls – A delicious selection to suit all tastes.
✅ Live Music & Performances on the main stage until 10pm – Choirs, theatre groups, dance acts, singers, bands .
✅ Dog Show, Circus Acts, Wellness Hub, Sporting activities
