160th Anniversary with Ongar Town Festival

We mark the 160th anniversary of the opening of the railway line from Loughton to Ongar across both days, and join with the Ongar Town Festival on Sunday 4 May.

Our regular steam and diesel hauled heritage trains will be running, together with our vintage London buses providing connections to Epping Underground station (Central Line, zone 6).

We'll have additional short rides in our Guards brake van using one of our shunting locomotives, additional short bus rides (Sunday only) together with vehicle displays and more!
