Join us for Ten/Six, a 10-course tasting menu and dishes paired with a thoughtfully selected sake. Expect premium sashimi, curated rolls, and creative small plates from Trapper’s, paired with six stunning sake pours from yours truly.

First Course - Chilli garlic edamame
Second Course - Maguro toro and hamachi toro sashimi
Third Course - Edgar Roll- Coconut shrimp, cucumber, and avocado topped with seared albacore, ponzu, and wasabi tobiko plated on creamy mayo
Fourth Course - Japanese style spicy cold noodles
Fifth Course - Marinated seared tuna, marinated seared albacore, and salmon toro nigiri
Sixth Course - Spicy tuna inari bomb
Seventh Course - Uni, maguro toro, and hamachi toro nigiri
Eighth Course - Wonton tuna poke taco
Ninth Course - Sunshine Roll
