About the event

RAWR (Running Accessory Workshops)

Join the Enid Running Club on Mondays at 6pm at the Enid High School Track. Any skill level is welcome to join in on dynamic warmups, core work, and running accessory work in order to help you reach your running potential. These workshops are free to attend and programmed by our Enid Running Club- Race Director.
