Join us for the first gathering of the BE Beloved Experience, a quarterly gathering near Denver, Colorado—Part retreat. Part community connection. Part sacred pause.

It’s a space with elements to pause, be still, and catch your breath—to bring your real self, just as you are, and experience the profound gift of a time to BE with Jesus, with others, with yourself.

Whether you're curious or cautious about spirituality, surprised to find yourself even considering this gathering, deeply rooted in your own faith tradition, or have been walking with Jesus your whole life—you are wholeheartedly welcome.

Whether you’re feeling on top of the world or at rock bottom, healthy or battling illness, laser-focused or completely lost—Come. Just as you are.

Guided by Sarah Davison-Tracy, speaker, author, and founder of Seeds of Exchange, each gathering draws from one of the “40 BEs” in her book, BE Beloved: An Intimate, Extraordinary Journey with Jesus.

These “BEs” offer a sacred rhythm for our time together—and our lives—including:

• BE Beloved – Embrace the truth that you are deeply loved by Jesus, today and always.
• BE Still – Rest in the presence of Jesus—the One who is always with you.
• BElong – Discover the beauty of belonging and let it shape how you love and live.

We ask for a suggested donation of $25. Please feel free to pay what you can—your presence matters most.
Can’t pay right now? No worries! Just RSVP with $0, and we’ll prepare a seat just for you.
RSVPs are essential so we can lovingly and thoughtfully prepare the space for all.

May Jesus help you connect more deeply than ever
with Him, His Father, and His Spirit
so they become the source for everything in your life …
the fuel for how you think, speak, act,
and with whom you walk through life in all seasons.


May this gathering encourage and strengthen you to live, move,
and have your being with the mysteriously One and triune God
so you always have a place to go when you are in need.


May this time fuel your experience of God’s love for you
and presence with you,
create ample encounters with the Holy Spirit,
and develop a radical and real trust in the truths that you
are always loved and companioned by Jesus.


May this series of gatherings fuel you from deep within—
perhaps one day, igniting dreams and desires, and

and on another day, empowering you to be more still and do less—
as you grow secure in how beloved you are by Jesus.


As you join us, and perhaps, read through the book,
may these 40 BEs slowly, but surely, creep off these pages,
and robustly nestle themselves within you,
to gift you with what you most need in this season of life.


May you bask in ample moments to be still,
be rooted in and ignited by the rock-solid truths
that you are beloved and you belong,
and may you see more clearly how you are gifted
to light up the world with your unique ways to be love—
always together, with Jesus.
