At FlowEscape, we want to offer teachers the ability to teach what their hearts desire and be able to earn for their hard work. Contact Kitten's class is a gift for the community. 🙏

Bring your LED props, friendly catcalls or just yourself for a night of wholesome jams with the flowmies! Meet your friends and make new ones for a night of dancing with props.

Its time to come out of hibernation: Its the season of growth and longer days! We have grown from Abominable, to LuminBloom-weekly Flow Jam!


☆7:00-10pm Flow to your hearts delight!

☆730pm- Contact Kitte -'Contact Staff-Beginner-Duck-outs and Steves': Jayci (insta @contact kitten) This class will be taught in the smaller room (same as Yoga class) and will run about an hour. In this workshop, beginner friendly, contact staff will learn how to do a duckout, variations of duckouts, including with steves. Thank you for supporting an artist!
